We're delighted to announce that the YMCA Glenrothes
and Luton Accommodation and Move-On Project (LAMP) are the latest
successful applicants to our charity fund.
YMCA Glenrothes will receive £15,000 towards
renovating bedrooms in their hostel for the first time in 23 years,
whilst LAMP receives £5,000 to provide rent support to homeless young
people in Luton. Here's just a snippet of what both charities are
about:
> LAMP
- aims to provide advice and support for young people to develop
independent living skills
> YMCA
Glenrothes - prides itself on being a 'safety-net'
organisation for people in need
We've also been catching up with some of our
successful applicants for the last year or so. Head over to our blog
to find out how Chelmsford Homelessness (CHESS) has been making a
difference with their donation.
