Things are looking a little different around here... |

Our branding hasn’t changed much in recent years, so we thought it was about time we gave ourselves a facelift!
› Our new logo represents our position as ‘the home of deposit protection’.
› We’ve created some new imagery that’s simple, familiar and homely – like the tea cup in the banner above.
› We’ve refreshed our brand colours to make everything you see from us that little bit brighter.
› Take a look at our website, to see how we’ve refreshed the look and feel of it. Over the coming year, we will be making further improvements to our documents and content to improve your experience with us.

No more misplaced tenant IDs holding up the repayment process!
From 26 September 2014, we have started to send out reminders of tenant repayment IDs to tenants within the Claim Notification at the end of the tenancy period.
This will reduce the number of claims stuck in the 'Awaiting Tenant Response' stage, due to misplacement of the tenant’s repayment ID during the tenancy period.

The important bits updated
|
|
|
We’ve made some changes to our Terms and Conditions for the Custodial scheme by taking out the jargon and making them easier for you to understand. We felt it was important that we made our requirements clear for you.
Take a look at them by clicking on the booklet.

The next charity donations award
This summer we donated £10,000 to Cheltenham Housing Aid Centre (CHAC). Over the past 26 years CHAC has worked with vulnerable and disadvantaged members of the local community.
CHAC will use the funding to provide secure private rented accommodation to people in need of a safe and secure home.

Our dispute resolution workshops continue to add value
As you may know, we run a series of workshops each year to help you get the best results from the adjudication process.
We’ve run 12 workshops so far in 2014. At each one we ask for your feedback, so here’s a summary of what you’ve told us:
› Delegates found it gave them a better understanding of how to put together evidence for a dispute
› Attendees felt it was a great insight into how decisions are actually made
› You told us you now understand how the adjudicator has to make an assessment based solely on the evidence that they have in front of them
› Attendees said that it was a great opportunity to meet others in the industry
› 94% of attendees found the workshops engaging
› 94% of attendees thought the workshop content was easy to understand
