Be the adjudicator is now mobile friendly

You might be familiar with our interactive 'Be the adjudicator' case studies. To make it easier to use on your tablet and mobile devices, we've given it a makeover, meaning you can test your knowledge at your desk or on the go.

This month, an "all inclusive" bill might not be what it seems. See if you can make the right decision.

Take five and test your adjudication skills

The return of the Temperature Check - how are we doing?

Last year we launched our Temperature Check survey, a 'one click' way for you tell us how we're doing, and we're running it out again this year.

You should've recently received an email from us, asking you to rate our service. It only takes one click and helps us understand what you think of our service.

The feedback you gave us in our last survey is already influencing improvements we’re making to our services, so please take this opportunity to tell us if we're sizzling or fizzling!

The #fridgemonster is back

You may remember the short animated video we created last year to educate students about how they may risk the return of their deposits.

With the end of the student year approaching, the #fridgemonster is back to remind them of their responsibility to leave properties clean and in good repair. We’re also inviting students to send us pictures of the worst thing they’ve found in their fridge, with one student household winning a visit from professional cleaners at the end of their tenancy.

By drawing students’ attention to their responsibilities now, we hope this will reduce your workload at check-out - so share it with your student tenants to help us get the message out there!
