The results of our Temperature Check are in - are we sizzling or fizzling?

Towards the end of last year, we asked you to share your views about our service.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to fill in the survey. We want to see your rating of our service improve, so we’re going deeper into your feedback to help us do this.

ESTAS 2016: make your vote count

You've still got time to vote for us!

This Sunday (31 January) is your last chance to make us your Tenancy Deposit Protection supplier of the year. A crown we'd love to retain with your support.

It's also a great opportunity for you to let us know how we're doing. Your feedback will help us pinpoint exactly where we need to get better.

If you'd like to see how we put your comments from last year into action, head over to our microsite. We’ve pulled together some of the themes from last year’s feedback. We call it our ‘Magnificent Seven’.

The latest awards from our charity fund

Drum roll please...We're delighted to announce that the YMCA Glenrothes and Luton Accommodation and Move-On Project (LAMP) are the latest successful applicants to our charity fund.

YMCA Glenrothes will receive £15,000 towards renovating bedrooms in their hostel for the first time in 23 years, whilst LAMP receives £5,000 to provide rent support to homeless young people in Luton. Here's just a snippet of what both charities are about:

> YMCA Glenrothes - prides itself on being a 'safety-net' organisation for people in need

> LAMP - aims to provide advice and support for young to develop independent living skills

We've also been catching up with some of our successful applicants for the last year or so. Head over to our blog to find out how Chelmsford Homelessness (CHESS) has been making a difference with their donation.

CHESS is helping change lives!

Law and Order

Our ever popular 'Be The Adjudicator' interactive case study is back for another year, helping you understand how our adjudicators come to a decision in the event of a deposit dispute.

This month, legal fees and costs awarded by the courts come under scrutiny.

See if you come to the right verdict. Take up the challenge today.

Take your seat in the courthouse
