Last month, the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) published a toolkit to help local authorities enforce the law in the private rented sector. This got us thinking: What does a good letting agent look like?

The DPS Charity Fund successful applicants

We're delighted to introduce the latest recipients of funding from the DPS Charity Fund, following a round of very strong applications.

Selecting who should receive an award wasn't easy, but three stood out above the rest: Calderdale SmartMove in Halifax, No Limits in Southampton and Bosco House on Merseyside.

If you know of a charity operating in the housing sector, tell them about the DPS Fund!
