The Deregulation Act - 30 days to protect your tenants' deposits!

You only have until the 23 June 2015 to protect any deposit taken before 6 April 2007 in a tenancy deposit protection scheme.

We're committed to protecting tenants' deposits, which is why we're proudly supporting SAFEAgent Awareness Week from 1 to 5 June 2015.

Being a SAFEagent member means you're recognised as a company that protects landlords' and tenants' money through client money protection schemes. 

We want to encourage all letting agents to become members of SAFEagent and show your support for client money protection.
