Meet Bosco House, Calderdale Smartmove and No Limits

We’re delighted to announce the two successful applicants to the latest round of grants: Back on Track Housing and Shelter Scotland.

The DPS Charity Fund team has also now visited Calderdale SmartMove in Halifax, No Limits in Southampton and Bosco House in Merseyside to see how money donated by The DPS Fund has made a difference to them.

We're in September (where did summer go?) and students are returning to their rented accommodation.

We’ve put together a list of useful tips to help you make sure your tenancies get off to the right start, and stay that way until the deposit is repaid.

All about service

Every month we call some of our customers back and ask them how we're doing. This really helps us understand what you're looking for and how we can improve our service.

We ask them to rate how helpful and polite their advisor was and how fully we resolved their query.

From June to August we have received some really positive feedback, with an increased average score of 9.6 out of 10 for helpfulness. Thank you!
